Pricing and refunds

Our pricing is normally accurate. If we review your brief and find it needs a little more, we'll get back to you with a new quote; you can go ahead at the new price or get a full refund. No refund once we've accepted the job and started work, or if the price doesn't change.

Consultations

Price includes contact by email, phone or video call. In-person consultations are $250.00 + GST ($287.50 incl) for the first hour and $125.00 + GST ($143.75 incl) per hour after.

GST

Prices are shown excluding GST, with the GST-inclusive price alongside. Payment is taken in New Zealand dollars.

Order reference

Every brief gets an order reference. Please quote it when you contact us about your job.
